Let´s roll - the Spadepoker Tour is coming to Grand Casino Liechtenstein in just one month!
For the third year running, the Spadepoker Tour has been on the poker map of Europe, with the fifth edition of the tour taking place at the beginning of May this year. It debuted at the King's Resort Rozvadov, where it offered players a €300,000 guarantee. Slovak player Matej Maceják took the biggest chunk out of it, taking home a full €47,000 + a ticket to the WSOPE Main Event with no deal.
So we've closed one chapter, and there's nothing stopping us from starting the next one. That will start in just one month's time, from June 19th to 24th, when we'll be heading to the beautiful Swiss Alps together once again. The local Grand Casino Liechtenstein, which has hosted our tour in the past, will once again be dressed in blue, and players can look forward to a total of 5 events, headlined by a Main Event guaranteeing 200,000 Swiss Francs.
The Main Event has scheduled its opening kick-off of Day 1A for Thursday, June 20, and there will be a total of 5 flights up for grabs until Sunday, June 23. In each of them, you'll exchange your CHF 500 buy-in for a 40,000 starting stack, and from day one you can look forward to a comfortable structure consisting of 40-minute levels. All the advancers will meet in play on Sunday's Day 2, at the end of which we will get to know the participants of Monday's final table.
As usual, there will also be a TV broadcast to guide you through Day 2 and the final day. A unique handmade trophy awaits the champion of the event, along with a cool 5-figure prize. The winner of this event can also look forward to a special WPT Passport that will take them to Las Vegas in December to play in the huge WPT World Championship!
