The legendary Casinò di Campione has once again welcomed back a big poker series after many years and that is the Pokerstars Open Campione, where the Main Event is the main attraction with a buy-in of €1,100 and a guarantee of €1,000,000.
However, this guarantee was just a formality, as the prizepool reached a whopping €2,326,080 thanks to a record 2,423 entries. A prize of €363,000 awaits the winner, and someone will take it today.
Today, we'll see the final day of the Main Event, where the top 26 players have made it through, and all of them have already pocketed at least €8,600. Leading the way is Spanish player Manel Sala with a stack of 5,875,000. The second largest stack (5,620,000) is held by Italian player Salvatore Russo and the top three are rounded out by Austrian player Andreas Putz with a stack of 5,110,000.

The Pokerstars Open Campione Main Event final table will kick off at 12:30pm in blinds of 30k/60k/60k and will run in 75 minute levels. Starting with the last seven players, the levels will take 10 minutes for each player in play. Should we see a deal, the levels will be shortened to 30 minutes.
