Yesterday, the last two tournaments of the entire Triton Monte-Carlo stop were played in PLO format. The first tournament was the $104,000 buy-in PLO Main Event, which had its final day on the schedule.

The PLO Main Event brought 87 entries and a prizepool of $8,700,000, with a $2,270,000 bounty awaiting the winner. This amount was contested by 7 players at the final table and the chipleader was Finnish player Eelis Parssinen. However, Sean Winter, Daniel Dvoress, Alex Foxen and Phil Ivey were also present.

Even though Phil Ivey was shortstacked, he managed to jump over a couple of payjumps in the end and finished in 5th place with a prize of $667,000. Eelis Parssinen (65bb) and Daniel Dvoress (43bb) sat in the final heads-up. Daniel Dvoress fell 3 times during heads-up play to the last 8 blinds. Twice he managed to multiply, but the third time he was beaten and the champion was Eelis Parssinen, for whom this is the first Triton title. Artur Martirosian Bounty Quattro Champion

And it was Artur Martirosian and Isaac Haxton who faced each other in the final heads-up, with Artur fighting for his second title and Isaac for his first Triton title.
