Austrian player Bernhard Binder achieved a wonderful feat last night, sitting at the GGMillion$ Main Event final table as the chipleader and eventually becoming the champion. The GGMillion$ Week was capped off by the $10,300 buy-in, $10,000,000 Guarantee Main Event, where 1,226 entries took care of a prizepool of whopping $12,260,000.

Already at the final table, everyone had at least $214,057 in their pockets, but there was $1,832,484 awaiting the winner. Names like Martin Finger, Bernhard Binder, Roman Hrabec and Ole Schemion were all battling for that at the final table. Martin Finger entered the final heads-up as the chipleader with a stack of up to 88.6 million, against Binder with a stack of 31.3 million. Heads-up play lasted approximately 30 minutes, after which Bernhard Binder was crowned champion. He took home the full winner's prize and Martin Finger took home $1,338,110 for his second place finish.

Interestingly, Binder tried to sell 20 percent of the shares, but only managed to sell 0.1 percent of them, leaving almost all the prize money for him. In addition to this success, however, Binder picked up prize money from other tournaments. Besides him, Ole Schemion, Roman Hrabec, Daniel Smiljkovic and Mikita Badziakouski also took home nice rewards.
