The EPT Prague 2024 Main Event is now down to the final day. The record-breaking 1,458-entry tournament saw its final six yesterday.
The sixteen players who jumped into Day 5 had a tough task ahead of them. Only the top 6 could make the final table and the closest to that was Paul Runcan, who started as chipleader. He consolidated his position throughout the evening and after Vidar Oie of Norway was eliminated, we got to know the unofficial final table.
Danut Chisu from Romania had to leave the final table first, followed by Siegfried Kapeller from Austria. The last seat open of the night was Tjenno Eskes from the Netherlands, who took home €179,250 and after whose elimination we got to know the line-up of tonight's final table. Paul Runcan further strengthened his position during Day 5 and will go into the final day as chipleader.

The final day kicks off with level 26 - 100k/150k/150k, of which 30 minutes remain to be played. Each of the six players are assured of €233,050, but the fabulous €1,146,500 is still waiting for the winner.

€2,200 EPT Mixed Game Main Event
The final day of the €2,200 EPT Mixed Game Main Event kicked off with the final nine players battling it out for the title and its associated €44,884 prize.
Paul Tedeschi from France was the man to beat throughout the final day, beating all of his opponents. Second and third place went to the German team, who were no match for Tedeschi, who is rightfully entitled to the title and the €44,884 prize.

€10,300 EPT High Roller
The prestigious High Roller is also approaching its final. This tournament attracted a final total of 289 entrants who managed to generate a prizepool of €2,803,300. Out of this large field, the last 14 players are left in the field and will face off for the title today.
The winner of the High Roller will have €573,500 to look forward to, with Mariusz Golinski from Poland having the best shot at it with a stack of 2,525,000 chips. Other players still in contention include Arsenii Karmatckii, Patrik Jaroš, Vojtěch Ružička, Anton Wigg, and László Molnár, to name a few.
€10,200 NL Hold'em
The last high stakes tournament at EPT Prague 2024 was the €10,200 NL Hold'em tournament, which saw only 9 entries and was won by Teun Mulder from Holadno. He took home €56,710 for his overall triumph in this tournament.
