The current edition of the tournament reached a record 11,749 entries, and with a buy-in of £160+£40, that means a prizepool of £1,879,840. A cash prize awaited all those advancing to Day 2. The smallest prize was worth £440 and the winner will be waiting for as much as £278,390.
