Triton Poker has teamed up with WPT Global, bringing qualifiers and a new tournament at every stop
In a new press release, the Triton Poker Super High Roller Series has announced that it has teamed up with WPT Global as a new sponsor to bring online qualifiers to its tournaments. Triton is known for the fact that their tournaments start at a buy-in of $25,000 and are played by the biggest names in the poker world.
With the new partnership, even players who don't have the buy-in of $25,000 or more will be able to play Triton's tournaments. In fact, WPT Global will bring online qualifiers that will allow players to play Triton Series tournaments, bringing the high roller series to a wider audience.
In addition, thanks to this connection, we can also look forward to a brand new WPT Global Slam tournament, which will be at every other Triton stop and will have a buy-in of $25,000. Next up for us is the Triton SHR Series Monte-Carlo, which will take place on the dates of November 1-14. However, we haven't found a WPT Global Slam tournament on the schedule there yet.
