EuroRounders and Kings Resort Rozvadov brought us a record-breaking EPM 2 Million, which reached 6,237 entries, creating a record prizepool of almost €3.2 million at a buy-in of €590. There was also a €10,350 ticket to the WSOPE ME waiting for 16 players.
All players advancing to Day 2 earned €1,000 in their casino account for advancing, and the runners-up will add to that prize. Another €500,000 awaits the winner, the runner-up will receive an additional €294,000 and all final table participants have already pocketed at least €42,500.
Unscheduled extra day
We were originally supposed to know the winner yesterday, but the casino decided to add an extra day. So only 8 players will be seated in today's final table. The last player eliminated on yesterday's Day 4 was Attila Almasi from Hungary, who found tens under his hand, but ran into an opponent with K-K on his hand. Attila was the last player eliminated in Day 4 and did not make it to the final table. He took home a total of €34,021 for 9th place, plus a ticket to the WSOPE European Championship.
His executioner was Romanian player Mario, who will enter the final table as chipleader with a stack of up to 78,200,000. Behind him in second place is French player Julien Combier with a stack of 64,700,000. All final table participants have now been awarded a ticket to the WSOPE European Championship.
The EPM 2 Million final table will resume today from 13:00 on blinds of 600k/1.2M/1.2M and will run again in 80-minute levels. The live stream can be found on our website from 13:30.
