The premiere stop of EPT Cyprus takes place at the Merit Royal Diamond Hotel and Spa. All eyes are currently on the EPT Main Event with a buy-in of $5,300. The first flight 1A brought 467 entries and 133 advanced.

Flight 1B also took place yesterday, which brought 819 entries and 275 advancers. In total, the Main Event currently has 1,286 entries and 408 advancers will meet in today's Day 2. The prize pool is already over $6 million, but these numbers are still not final as late registration is still open.

The chip leader of flight 1B is David Kaufmann from Germany with a stack of 299,000. Together with him, Kayhan Mokri (258,000), Teun Mulder (252,000), Alejandro Lococo (191,000), Steve O'Dwyer (163,500), Armin Rezaei (77,000) and Juan Pardo (61,000) packed their stacks.
