The Hilton Hotel Prague will once again host the European Poker Tour series, bringing up to 68 tournaments to its premises. The entire series runs from December 4 to December 15.
The popular €1,100 buy-in Eureka Main Event kicked off yesterday with two opening flighters. These brought 552 entries and we have met 83 advancers so far. The chipleader here is currently Felix Vu from Sweden, who has bagged up a huge stack of up to 626,000. There are still 4 more flighters to go and after that the action will move into Day 2.
Mystery Bounty
Yesterday also saw the start of the two-day Mystery Bounty tournament with a buy-in of €10,200, which brought 36 entries and a prizepool worth €168,840. However, these numbers may not be final as late registration is open until the start of the final day.
There are 19 players who have made it through to today's final table and they are led by the successful Hungarian András Németh as the massive chipleader, who bagged up 616,000. With the second largest stack (323,000), Niklas "Lena900" Astedt and there is also WSOPE Main Event winner Simone Andrian (217,000), WSOP Main Event winner Espen Jorstad (212,000) and Triton Main Event winner Roman Hrabec (78,000).
What's in store?
The EPT Prague 2024 schedule will also feature the popular €550 Eureka Cup or €2,200 Eureka High Roller, the €5,300 EPT Main Event or 5 High Rollers with buy-ins from €20,000 to €50,000.
In addition to the traditional tournaments, there are also two new events. The first is the EPT Mixed Game Main Event - 10 Game with a buy-in of €2,200 and the second is the Spin & Go Live Championship, which is invite-only and guarantees €100,000.
You can also look forward to livestreams that will take you through the EPT Main Event from Day 2 until the winner, who will be announced on December 15.
