The Italian EuroRounders organisation has once again teamed up with Grand Casino Liechtenstein to bring us another million dollar tournament. Now it's the Euro Poker Million with a guarantee of CHF 1,000,000 at a buy-in of CHF 600. However, the first two flights had a buy-in of only CHF 500.
Flights 1C and 1D brought a bonus for the 5 players with the biggest stack. The first took home CHF 8,000, the second largest stack took home CHF 5,000, the third largest stack took home CHF 3,500, the 4th largest stack took home CHF 2,000 and the fifth place prize was CHF 1,500. The chipleader of Flighters 1E and 1F will take home a ticket to December's WPT World Championship to be held in Las Vegas.
The guarantee will be fulfilled
The first 4 flights are now over and the entries count stands at 1,058, which means that more than half of the guarantee has already been collected, amounting to a total of CHF 527,840. However, there are still 5 more flights to go, so there shouldn't be any problem with fulfilling the guarantee. Today will be the 1E and 1F Speed flights, which will start at 13:00 and 17:00 respectively. We will also bring you a live stream from Day 2 and the final day.
There are already 133 players on the advancement list and the Swiss player with the nickname "Scaramumba" is leading the way. He was the chipleader of yesterday's 1D flighth and thus also scored a bonus of CHF 8,000. The same prize also went to "Petitprince1", who became the chipleader of fligh 1C.
