The Rozvadov poker room once again brought us a €500,000 guaranteed tournament with a buy-in of €250, called the German Poker Masters. It also guaranteed the top five players a ticket to the WSOPE Main Event worth €10,350.
A brief recap of the final day
The German Poker Masters Main Event saw 2,005 entries so the guarantee was collected. A prize of €60,500 awaited the winner, which was contested by 23 players on the final day. They were led by Bartlomiej Muzacz from Poland with a stack of 12,245,000. He sat as chipleader at the final table as well.
Bartlomiej made it all the way to the final heads-up where he was facing German player Benjamin Huegel. Benjamin held a stack worth 59,400,000 and Bartlomiej had a stack worth 40,300,000. The players made a deal together, after which they were still playing for the trophy. The winner was German player Benjamin Huegel, who took home €53,730 after the deal. Muzacz was awarded €39,770 for his second place finish.
