We believe that all of our readers are familiar with the online nickname "Apestyles", which is the name of the American player Jon Van Fleet. Jon is literally a legend in the world of online poker and he has just announced a news he has invented on his Twitter/X. He has started his own bankroll challenge on the online poker room WPT Global, of which he is an ambassador, in which he has to win $100,000 in a month.
But Jon won't be starting this challenge from scratch. He needs to reach the target amount with an initial bankroll of $10,000. To spice up the challenge, he has declared that if he fails to win a total of $100,000 by the end of May, he will shave off his iconic beard. And one last detail, the said amount cannot be earned in tournaments, but explicitly only on cash game tables.
"Apestyles" posts daily on his twitter how he is doing in the challenge. He is currently over $20k in the black after nine days of play and his current roll stands at $30,056. Despite the nice number, he is dissatisfied because at one point he was already at around $40k.
