Estrellas High Roller clearly dominated by German player

Yesterday was the final day of the Estrellas High Roller with a buy-in of €2,200, which brought 2,064 entries and a prizepool of €3,962,880. Of this amount, the winner took home a straight €600,000.

The final day saw 26 players enter and was led by German player Berthold Winz with a huge stack. So there was nothing stopping him from becoming the winner, which he did. Berthold Winz pocketed €600,000 for the win, plus his second EPT trophy.
