The tournament series with a rich history that dates back to 2016 has found its 33rd champion. The excellent participation of players from all over the world at BCM meant that the guarantee was exceeded. Thanks to 1,654 entries, the prize pool rose to a wonderful €281,180, which was shared by the 165 most successful.
Final Day started with the participation of 16 finalists, who were grinding their teeth for the main prize - €44,475. Each of them already had a certainty of €1,755, which certainly no one wanted to settle for.

Marino Boras, who sent the last 400k with a 75, had to leave the tournament before the official final table. After the K4T6Q board and Lech's flipped two pairs with Q6, he had to settle for 9th place and a prize of €2,785.
Slovakian Štefan Bielich was the first to leave the final table. He ended his journey with an unsuccessful flip of 77 against AQ. He collected €3,520 for his efforts in the tournament. After him, Fadida Benisti (7th - €4,865) and Christian Matkovic (6th - €6,960) went to the cash register. Maté Sándor, the winner of last week's Warm Up, claimed another great finish. He collected €9,555 for the fifth place.
Czech representative František Jirout sent his short stack on the 9-9-J flop with Q9 and was called by Lech with JJ. Unfortunately, no miracle happened and Jirout took home €12,670 for fourth place. Monster chip leader Lech Soroczynski has lost several big games in a row, and his tournamentwas ended with nines against Giannakou's AK. The A-6-2-K-5 board saw Lech Soroczynski finish in 3rd place for €17,335.
After eliminating the third Soroczynski, the players agreed on a deal:

It didn't take long before the heads up was over. In the last game of the night, Dimitris Giannakou sent his 19M stack over the line with 33. Tibor Uveges didn't hesitate and easily called with AQ. Board A-9-2-8-Q brought Tibor two pairs and the elimination of Dimitris Giannakou, who took home the aforementioned €33,325 for second place.The Hungarian representative Tibor Uveges became the 33rd Banco Casino Masters champion, who took home a fabulous prize of €37,730 and a beautiful trophy. Congratulations.
Also thanks to the great success of BCM with number 33, the management of Banco Casino Bratislava announced the date of the next edition of this successful series. On dates from 15.5. - 22 May 2023, the 34th Masters will take place, for which the standard buy-in will be €170 and the guarantee €250,000. In this edition, the casino will also come with a special bonus for multiple qualifications, for which players will collect a decent reward!
Banco Casino will bring many more attractive events in the near future, and the next event is the return of the prestigious Italian festival Tana delle Tigri, where the participation of more than 200 Italian players is already confirmed. The Main Event will guarantee €250,000 for €250 and will bring a unique structure - the opening days will have 18 levels, after which all remaining players will advance to Day 2.
