New names in the game

Ethan Yau is a very well-known name especially on the YouTube scene where he has over 328,000 subscribers. He has 112,000 followers on his instagram, making him a significant influence in the poker community. Nik Airball is also a very well-known name, especially in the High Stakes cash game scene, where he has stirred up the waters with his play on more than one occasion. With his unique personality and demeanor, he has many fans and haters.
Doug Polk would like to add more card rooms in Texas to his portfolio and two new names on his team will help him do just that. They are currently said to be looking for a suitable location for a new branch. "One of the things I respect about both of these guys is that they understand how the content game works. One of the things I like about Nik Airball is that he tries to make the game interesting and what he brings to poker is compelling," said Doug Polk.
"Their involvement represents an exciting step forward for The Lodge as we continue to expand our reach and increase the Club's presence in the poker world. With their support - both financial and influential - we continue to propel The Lodge as a premier destination for poker players," according to a press release from The Lodge Card Club.
Nik Airball is now expected to participate more frequently in live-streamed high stakes cash games at The Lodge and may make a regular monthly appearance there. However, Nik still wants to participate in the Hustler Casino Live streams, where his one-year ban recently ended. The reason for the ban was never disclosed.
