For the fifth year in a row, we have the Global Poker Awards, the so-called poker Oscars, where prizes are awarded in various categories such as toughest opponent, best final table performance, best streamer, best poker festival, etc.

The most nominations this year went to Marle Spragg, Caitlin Comeskey and Alexander "Wolfgang Poker" Seibt, who became the first poker streamer with a million subscribers. Caitlin Comeskey won the Global Poker Award for Rising Star in Content Creation last year. All three are nominated in three categories.

The Global Poker Awards will take place on February 24, 2024 in Las Vegas at the PokerGO studios and will be broadcast on PokerGO. Bin Weng will be there to accept the GPI Player of the Year award and Kristen Foxen will accept the GPI Player of the Year award.

The Game of Gold show is already a clear winner of the GPI Award of Merit and GGPoker will receive the GPI Award of Merit.
