Yesterday, the second day of the Triton Invitational was held at the Triton Monte-Carlo stop, where amateurs and professionals mixed it up. The buy-in for the tournament was $210,000 and the entries counter stopped at 102, representing a prizepool of $20,400,000.

As much as $5,130,000 awaits the winner here, and Patrik Antonius is the closest current player to that prize. He is in fact the chipleader of the final nine players. His stack is worth up to 9,660,000. In second place is Roman Hrabec with a stack of 5,360,000.

50k NLH 7-Handed

The 50k NLH 7-Handed kicked off yesterday with a buy-in of $53,000, which brought 125 entries and a prizepool of $6,250,000. There is a $1,502,000 prize waiting for the winner, which 28 players will be battling it out for today.

The ITM is open to 20 players and the min-cash is worth $81,000. The chipleader here is Punnat Punsri with a stack of 4,110,000. In second place is Daniel Rezaei with a stack of 2,160,000.

Play will resume here from 1:30pm, when the blinds will start at 20k/40k/40k and players will run 30-minute levels.

The NLH Main Event kicks off

There will also be a third tournament taking place today, and that is the NLH Main Event, which has the first of three days of play on the schedule. The buy-in for the tournament is $132,500, for which players will receive a starting stack of 250,000 and 50 minute levels.
