The Rozvadov poker room set a new record in early February when Italian Poker Sport reached 7,007 entries. Back then, we brought you an article about European records, where you could learn that more entries were achieved by Banco Bratislava and EPT Barcelona.
But that is no longer the case today. In fact, the new €1,000,000 €250 buy-in Kings Million has set a new record with 7,558 entries, the most entries in Europe outside of The Goliath, which takes place every year in Coventry.
This huge number brings the prizepool to €1,587,180 and a €200,500 prize awaits the winner. The top seven players will also take home a ticket to the WSOPE Main Event worth €10,350.
84 players have advanced to today's final table and the chipleader is Czech player Pavel53 with a stack of 11,850,000. The second largest stack of 11,140,000 is held by Belgian player Ferdinando Dalessio and the top three are rounded out by Slovakian player Lukáš Pažma with a stack of 10,800,000.

A curious situation
Let's finish this article with a curious situation that the fire brigade had to deal with yesterday near the Kings Resort in Rozvadov. They were called to a playground at around 1:15 pm where, according to a published report, a man had his penis and testicles stuck in a cable car at the playground.
The extrication was uneventful, and judging by the posted photo, it looks like the unfortunate gentleman was a very well-known, controversial Czech poker player, who after this unpleasantness went on to play in yesterday's Day 2.
