The ESPT/UKIPT Malaga Festival is coming to an end and yesterday was the final day of the €1,100 buy-in Main Event, where none of our players made it through. In this article we will focus mainly on the Super High Roller, which was also on the final day yesterday.
Sam Grafton wins another trophy
The Super High Roller had a buy-in of €3,300 and thanks to 77 entries, the prizepool reached €221,760. This left a prize of €62,450 waiting for the winner.
There were 15 players in the final day and the chipleader was Sam Grafton, who had a stack of up to 1,395,000. The player with the second largest stack, David Tous, had a stack of just 830,000. Sam was well on his way to the top prize, which he eventually won. He didn't give his opponents a chance, and thus added €62,450 to his account.
