The top nine players entered the final day, who had only the final step ahead of them to turn the investment of €150 into the title of SSOP champion together with the reward of €18,900.
During the four hours of the game, we gradually said goodbye to six players, who took home nice prizes starting at €2,450 and ending at up to €7,900, bringing us to the final heads-up.
In it, slovak player Peter Ješko and almost home George Sandford (UK), who plays regularly at Banco Casino faced each other - both had similar stacks before the start of the duel, so it was a pleasure to watch their game live. At the beginning of the heads-up, the pair agreed on a deal in equal parts for €13.675 and an ammount of €2,950 plus a watch with the title of SSOP champion to be still played for. In the end, after a series of unfortunate hands, Peter Ješko had to settle for second place, taking home a prize of €13,675 from Banco Casino.
The winner of the SSOP 100k Event was the excellent playing George Sandford, who took home €16,625, a champion sweatshirt, a title and a new luxury watch from Banco Casino for his great performance. Congratulations!
