One of the main draws of the GGPoker online poker room, the Bounty Hunters Series begins its next edition today (January 15) and will run for three full weeks until February 5.In its last three editions, the series has offered a total guarantee of $50 million in nearly 800 tournaments. The organizers have set aside a full $5 million for the Main Event alone. This time around, GGPoker is taking the gaming experience to a whole new level and has doubled the guarantee for the entire event as well as the Main Event. The Main Event will therefore boast a 10 million guarantee this year. This makes the Bounty Hunter Series the biggest event of its kind ever held.

The Bounty Hunters Series is famous for its unique format, in which players try to make the most of the extra bounty prize by knocking out their opponents in addition to deep tournament runs. Additionally, huge random prizes are on offer in Mystery Bounty tournaments and players have the chance to win a Bounty Jackpot worth up to $1 million. Additional prizes will be given away in the daily Bounty King leaderboard, which features the best players each day. To those who manage to eliminate as many opponents as possible, GGPoker will distribute $500,000 at the end.

Finally, the series will culminate on February 5 with the $10 million Mystery Bounty Main Event with a buy-in of $210.
