The 50,000$ WSOP High Roller with this high buy-in had 176 entries, which raised $8,404,000. 43 players advanced to DAY2 from the first day and another 44 players registered directly in Day 2, making a total of 87 players in Day 2, of which 5 remained at the end of the day. 

Bulgarian player Alex Kulev was at the top of the leaderboard with 19,800,000 chips. Towards the end of the tournament, he managed a double-up thanks to the nines in his hand, which defeated Daniel Smiljkovic's A-6.

The tournament also features 2021 Main Event champion Koray Aldemir. He escaped the bustout at the end of the day when his Ace-eight hit a flash against KK found on Jake Schindler's hand.
