The Festival Series 2025 - The one-of-a-kind poker series is back!

Since their first stop in Bratislava back in 2021, The Festival Series has redefined live poker events. Over the course of a week, players can enjoy a variety of unique tournaments, including some that are rarely seen on typical tournament schedules. Think Blackjack, Roulette, and Slots tournaments—these popular casino games add a refreshing twist to the live poker experience. 

Flip‘n Go games, a staple in online poker for over a decade, have also made their way into the live poker circuit. While the World Series of Poker hosts a Flip ‘n Go tournament, The Festival Series offers players a unique opportunity to collect tournament credit at an affordable price. These one-hand satellites, known as Franke’s Flip Flops, run daily throughout the event. Players can enter with a rake-free buy-in of €25, and depending on the number of participants, the winner walks away with tournament credit. Additionally, a ranking system tied to these games gives players the chance to flip their way to a €1600 package for the next live event. 

The man behind it all, Martin ‘Franke’ von Zweigbergk, is a well-known personality in the European poker scene. With his contagious laugh and unmistakable personality, Franke ensures players have an unforgettable live poker experience. True to his signature style, Franke wears flip-flops 350 days a year—even during the events—hence the name Franke’s Flip Flops. 

Beyond Flip ‘n Go, The Festival Series offers other exciting experiences like the Cash Game Challenge and the Player of the Series. The Cash Game Challenge rewards players who collect the most profit in big blinds each day, with daily winners qualifying for a grand final where another package is up for grabs. The Player of the Series ranking, on the other hand, automatically includes anyone who enters one of the many tournaments. The player with the most points at the end of the series is crowned the best all-round poker player and receives a full package for the next event.

2025 Live Stops of The Festival Series
 

In 2025, The Festival Series will return to three iconic locations:

• King’s Casino in Rozvadov (6^th – 16^th of June)
• Portomaso Casino in Malta (15^th – 21^st of September)
• Banco Casino in Bratislava (18^th – 23^rd of November)

To bridge the gap between live events, The Festival Series has introduced The Festival Weekend, a mini-version of the Main Event. From April 23.-26., the Chesterfield Poker Club in Tallinn, Estonia, will host this special weekend. Nestled in the heart of Estonia’s medieval capital, the Chesterfield Poker Club has already made a name for itself with events like the Coolbet Open. During The Festival Weekend, players can expect a mix of games with buy-ins ranging from €30 to €500 and a €250 Main Event. Additionally, several packages will be added to the prize pools, giving players a chance to win entry to The Festival Series Rozvadov, held from June 6.-16. at King’s Casino.

The special campaign for The Festival Series Rozvadov is back! For a total of four weeks, a total of 24 full packages (each 1,850 euro), and 21 Main Event Seats will be guaranteed.
