Triton Madrid: Record holder Badziakouski and unstoppable Addamo

Article cover

No doubt that the last year or two, the name Michael Addamo is among the most inflected. We can't be surprised, still only 28-year-old Australian has been playing everything possible lately, apart from four WSOP bracelets, we can also mention, for example, the purple jacket from Poker MASTERS or the title from SHRB.

In the rich collection of this young man, however, the title from the lucrative Triton series has been missing so far, but even this statement is no longer true. These days, Triton is in Madrid, where it again brings events with astronomical buy-ins full of the most famous and best poker players in the world. And right among them, Addamo was shining again!

The opening €20k event ended up in his hands for a pleasant cashout of €478,000, but who would be satisfied with this amount, when there are so many chances of winning more titles. And so Addamo also started a €75k event yesterday, in which he scored another valuable triumph, which earned him €1,152,086 after a HU deal with Stephen Chidwick!

Mikita Badzikaouski, who beat everybody in the €50k event, is definitely worth mentioning among the winners of events already played. Out of 56 entries, he won home the fifth Triton title, which earned him a record €1,340,000 payout!

The action in the Spanish capital is still not over, we still have 6 days full of poker, during which we still have no less interesting tournaments ahead of us with the €100,000 Main Event and the most expensive €150,000 Short Deck freezout. Who will win the titles from these tournaments?
