A great turnout of players during the opening days saw an incredible 4,093 entries in the Winter Polish Poker Cup Main Event. It was possible to jump into the tournament for an affordable €130 with the tournament guaranteeing a quarter of a million. The prizepool eventually reached €452,275, leaving the last 9 players in the field. They will square off at the final table, which will be streamed from 14:30. Who will be the champion of this year's first Polish event?

As many as 406 players have made it through the opening days of play to the second day of play of the Winter Polish Poker Cup Main Event, having secured €275. The challenge on the second day of play was to whittle the field down to the final nine, who will sit at the final table today. Tough battles lasting nearly 14 hours finally produced the final line-up.

The final day will feature nine players who will "battle it out" today for the title of champion, with a fabulous €77,345 prize awaiting. The chipleader at the moment is Stanislaw Kajetan Renke from Poland with a stack of 2,800,000 chips.
