The WSOP isn't slowing down even after the action in Las Vegas. First we had the announcement of December's WSOP Paradise, followed by the news of the WSOP brand being sold to GGPoker, and now fresh news of the WSOP Online has reached us.
When will it take place and what will it offer?
The WSOP Online will take place on the GGPoker platform from August 18 to September 30. The highlight will definitely be the Main Event, which will have a buy-in of $5,000 and a guarantee of up to $25,000,000.
However, the list also includes tournaments such as the $300 Gladiators of Poker with a $2,500,000 guarantee, the $215 Mystery Millions with a $10 million guarantee and a top bounty of $1,000,000. There will also be a $400 COLOSSUS with a $4,000,000 guarantee or its PLO version called PLOSSUS with the same buy-in but a $1,000,000 guarantee. High Roller enthusiasts will also be in for a treat with the GGMillion$ High Roller with a buy-in of $10,300 and a $10,000,000 guarantee.

If all these buy-ins are high for you, you can also get into the tournaments via the $1 qualifiers. Only 9 of the 33 bracelet tournaments also have a guarantee, and only these 9 tournaments in total guarantee up to $61 million.

To make matters worse
To encourage friendly rivalry during WSOP Online, player results will be tracked by country. After the series ends, the top 10 countries will be rewarded with exclusive Bracelet Standing Freerolls, where an exclusive bracelet and an extra $1 million will be up for grabs.
