WSOPC: 30 Players Remain in Main Event, german player "08/15" on the chiplead!

Article cover

The WSOPC Festival at King's Resort is slowly heading into its finale, where the Main Event will be the main event for all spectators to watch. The €1,100 buy-in tournament failed to meet its million-dollar guarantee as players managed to record only 716 entries. This was great news for the top 79 players who battled their way into the ITM positions.

Yesterday's Day 2 welcomed 111 players to the tables, which gradually managed to form a group of the top 30 players. They will play for seats at the final table today, where the top prize money and of course the championship ring awarded to the winner (+€156,500) will be given out tomorrow.

The group of 30 semi-finalists is currently led by German player 08/15 (3,315,000), followed by Serbian Luka Bojovic (3,100,000) and Sami Agel from Luxembourg (2,220,000).  There will be no shortage of live stream commentary today either, through which you will be able to follow the journey to the final table.
