The entries counter reached the number 543, so the casino had to pay extra to the guarantee. Financial rewards were waiting for 55 players and €160,000 was waiting for the winner. The last 9 players at the final table fought for this amount.

Final table

The chip leader of the final nine was German player Dennis Jung with a stack of 5,355,000. However, it gradually decreased and the chip leader of the final table became Slovak player Martin "Študent" Ilavský. Unfortunately for him, when playing in the last three players, he did not have enough for Cristian Cirja and ended up in third place for €73,450.

Heads-up

The heads-up match finally took place between the player Babo from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Romanian player Cristian Cirja . The heads-up didn't last long in the end and it only took Cirja about 30 minutes to beat his opponent. He ended up taking home €160,000 and a valuable WSOP ring for his first place finish.
